Our Engagements
Three Ways to Work
With Vxieuxamis
Each engagement is designed to deliver clear value independently. You do not need to begin with one to access another — though many firms do find they flow in sequence.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How Vxieuxamis Approaches Every Engagement
The advisory process at Vxieuxamis begins with reading — not presenting. Before we offer any recommendation, we read a sample of your documents, your existing technology policies if you have them, and the current Bar Council guidance that applies to your practice area.
Every engagement is scoped before it begins. We write a brief summary of what we will review, what we will produce, and what sits outside the scope of the engagement. This document is agreed before any work starts and becomes the reference point if scope questions arise.
We do not conduct demos of AI tools, we do not arrange vendor introductions, and we do not earn commercial benefit from any tool we assess or recommend. Our independence is the basis on which firms trust our written briefs.
Read First
We read your documents before we offer a view on anything.
Write Clearly
Findings are delivered in a written brief, not a presentation.
Privilege First
LPP mapping precedes all tool and workflow assessments.
No Upsell
Each engagement stands alone with a fixed fee and defined scope.
§ 1.0 — Engagement One
Practice Workflow Review
A focused engagement in which we read a sample of your firm's intake forms, retainer letters, and standard advice templates. We sit with the managing partner and a senior associate, listen to how matters are currently handled, and write a written brief on where AI drafting and summarisation might carefully assist — particularly in litigation bundles, corporate due diligence, and conveyancing checklists. The deliverable is privilege-aware and aligned with the Bar Council's circulars.
What This Engagement Covers
- Document sample review: intake forms, retainer letters, advice templates
- Two working sessions with managing partner and senior associate
- Written brief with privilege-aware AI use recommendations
- Explicit list of use cases not recommended for your practice
- Bar Council circular alignment checked throughout
Process
-
1
Week 1–2
Scope confirmation and document sample collection. We review the materials in a controlled setting.
-
2
Week 2–3
Working sessions with managing partner and senior associate to walk through current workflows.
-
3
Week 3–4
Written brief drafted, privilege review completed, and deliverable issued to your management committee.
Fixed Engagement Fee
RM 1,290
§ 2.0 — Engagement Two
Drafting Companion Setup
A measured deployment of an AI drafting assist for one practice area. The system reads only documents you whitelist, drafts first-pass summaries and bundles for human review, and never sends correspondence on behalf of a fee earner. We integrate with your DMS read-only, run a four-week supervised pilot with two fee earners, and provide a privilege-aware usage policy for your firm.
What This Engagement Covers
- Document whitelist configuration — you control what is accessible
- DMS read-only integration review and scoping
- Four-week supervised pilot with two fee earners on real matters
- Written privilege-aware usage policy for the firm
- Management committee briefing at pilot conclusion
Process
-
1
Week 1
Scope confirmed. Whitelist agreed. DMS read-only access scoped and reviewed.

§ 3.0 — Engagement Three
Practice Stewardship Retainer
A monthly advisory engagement for firms that already use AI assists. Each month we sample outputs, audit privilege boundaries, and write a brief for your management committee. The retainer is intentionally light-touch and considered.

Shared Standards

Engagement Agreement
Each engagement is confirmed in writing with a defined scope, fixed fee, and named deliverable before any work begins.
Confidentiality
All client information shared with Vxieuxamis is held in strict confidence. Vxieuxamis advisors are bound by a confidentiality undertaking as a condition of each engagement.
Data Retention
Working documents and notes are retained for twelve months after engagement close, then securely destroyed. The written brief is yours to retain.
Bar Council Alignment
Our advisory position is reviewed against the Bar Council's most recent circulars. We note in writing where guidance is pending or unclear.
